NHL 13 has plenty of physics issues and gameplay glitches that can frustrate a player to the point of not playing. However, we finally have a glitch that is purely cosmetic and for many like to use. You can have no cage on your goalie in NHL 13 by EA Sports and I will show you how to set this up. Having no cage/helmet on your goalie may seem weird by today's hockey standards, but in the beginning no goalies wore helmets. It appears the depending on your player card for your created player in online team play and the EASHL in NHL 12, you receive a head start into your player card in NHL 13. The actual player card/level you start with breaks down like this in NHL 13:
With the Stanley Cup Finals beginning last night, another final between Claude Giroux and Pekka Rinne began.
Both athletes beat out their respective opponents in the semi-finals to earn their changes for a spot on the cover of NHL 13. Giroux took out Evgeni Malkin and Rinne disposed of underdog John Tavares.
Unlike previous years, the voting is in the fans hands. The new format certainly sparked interest among East and West Conference supporters as the contest has received plenty of attention thus far.
It's almost playoff time in the NHL as teams are competing for home ice advantage and others that are clinging or on the cusp of the playoffs.
NHL 13 is due out this September and EA SPORTS are allowing the fans to vote for a cover athlete. To vote, head over to the voting page through this link. You'll have to vote for 1 player on each team, both players are already decided by EA.
Votes should be narrowed down similar to a bracket format. There is no limit for voting, so vote for your favorite player as many times as you want!
